Needing some assistance?

Please complete this form and we will get in touch as soon as possible.

This service provides practical assistance and support to people who are leaving prison and/or alcohol & drug rehabilitation centres to re-engage with the community. We service the Newcastle and Upper Central Coast areas of NSW.

We approach this transition one step at a time, including assistance with:

Support to find accommodation
Clothing
Obtaining and ID and connecting with Centrelink
Opening a bank account

The program gives you the opportunity of being engaged in work, training, education and/or social and recreational activities, so that you are not socially isolated.

Drop in between 9am–3pm and chat to one our caseworkers about the services and programs on offer.

Our Emergency Relief centres help people address their immediate basic needs in times of financial crisis. We may be able to help by providing food vouchers and food parcels, utility vouchers (electricity and gas), Telstra vouchers, chemist assistance as well as clothing and financial options support.
