Friendship House is a support program for men exiting prison which helps them to be part of the community, providing them with a volunteer and car to assist them each day to meet their goals to re-enter society.

Reconnect

Samaritans Reconnect Logo

Aim to provide a range of supports to young people aged between 12 and 18 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and who want some assistance with their family relationships. We can help with things like counselling, goal setting and mediation.

Emergency Relief

Each month Samaritans provides more than 1,000 families with emergency assistance and relief throughout the Hunter and Central Coast regions. We can help you with food and utility assistance at one of our regional centres.

Youth Early Intervention Activities

Offers support to young people and their families aged between 12-18 years and is delivered by way of specialised programs, individual casework and activities and skill development groups. This is a free service and is offered to schools, other organisations and the community.
