Natalia Hogan Running Home

At the age of 15, Natalia Hogan found safety, stability and hope in Samaritans Student Accommodation. She was able to finish high school, travel and is now in her final year of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Newcastle.

On Saturday 25 October, Natalia Hogan is running an ultra-marathon, 170km from Sydney to Newcastle, to raise funds for the service that changed her life. Natalia's goal is to raise $122,000 representing $1 for every Australian who is homelessness on any given night.

Natalia will run throughout the night, before arriving in Newcastle's Empire Park on Sunday 26 October. A community event is planned at the finish line and members of the public are invited to run the final kilometres alongside Natalia as she celebrates her epic run.
