Free workshop for mental health carers

Free your mind and join Amanda Heidke for a free Tai Chi work shop!

Amanda is the owner of the Tai Chi Centre in Newcastle, and is one of Australia’s leading certified instructors in Tai Chi.

Learn how you can use Tai Chi to achieve a clearer and more relaxed mind, and improve your ability to deal with difficult situations with less stress and anxiety.

A light supper will be provided on the day.
