Celebrating Youth Week 2021

Today marks the beginning of National Youth Week, a time to celebrate our young people and their contribution to our community.

Youth Week is an opportunity for young people to share ideas, showcase their talents and have their voices heard.

In celebration of Youth Week, we wanted to share this wonderful artwork created by fifteen-year-old Tiarnah from our Tailored Youth and Family Support Program.

“My painting is about how we are all a big, loving community and we are all strong and belong. I chose the rainbow because it’s happy and the rainbow circle is to symbolise we are all one. Butterflies can’t see their wings but us humans know how beautiful they are and that’s what it is like with ourselves” -Tiarnah, 15, Cameron Park
