Samaritans Children's Services

Samaritans recognises the need for quality community child care and provides both centre based and Family Day Care services for children between 6 weeks and twelve years of age at a number of locations across the region.

We offer services such as long day care, occasional care, pre school, school readiness programmes, family day care and support for children with additional needs for children from as young as 6 weeks up until the age of 12 (depending on service accessed.

Brighter Futures – a Samaritans Wandiyali early intervention programme for young families providing information, referral, quality childcare and parenting programmes through a single-entry point

Family Day Care – registered carers provide quality childcare in a family-based environment 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to children in Cessnock, Singleton and Dungog areas
