Family Day Care is a family based approach to childcare for your children. Carefully selected and highly trained carers care for small groups of children in their own homes. We offer flexible care to cater for your needs as a family.

Family Day Care provides care for small groups of children in the carers own home, which allows the child to develop a strong relationship with their carer. Carers promote learning and development through play.

Any families with children between the ages of 0 and 14 can receive Family Day Care. Priority is given to working or studying parents or those seeking work. However, many families use the service for the opportunities it provides for socialising and for respite. Before and after school care is also offered through Family Day Care, with care also available on weekends and over-night. Care can also be provided in the family’s own home.
