Fee Schedule

Carers are now deregulated and can set their own fee for service. If a family would like to obtain a specific carers fee schedule they can contact the coordinator on the details below.

Non Compulsary Fee Schedule Effective July 2006

All fees are charged on a per child per hour basis. Total hours of care are rounded to the nearest 1/2 hour. Minimum 6 hour booking.

All Permanent Care and Outside Hours Care
Including full timeand before and after school care.
30 hour rotating roster, and vacation care, or temporary care of over two days in any one week.
$4.10 per hour plus
$0.50 Admin Levy
$4.60 Total fee/ hour

Occasional Care
This includes any hours of non regular care up to 2 days per week booked as required not permanent days/bookings.
$4.75 per hour plus
$0.50 Admin Levy
$5.25 Total fee/ hour

Public Holidays and Sunday Care
When Care is provided. NB. Public holiday- Usual fee for care will apply when care is not used and Carer is available to provide care
$7.55 per hour plus
$0.50 Admin Levy
$8.05 Total fee/ hour

Saturday Care
When care is provided. NB. Usual fee for care will apply when care is not used and Carer is available to provide care.

Overtime Penalty
Carers will give 10 minutes grace and will then charge from the end of booked time
$5.00 per 15 minutes. All holidays, sick days or absent days normal feels will be charged
