Samaritans Foundation employs several hundred staff and volunteers through a combination of full, permanent part time and casual positions.
Our strategic aim is for a high quality, motivated and committed workforce who are focused on providing excellent services to clients and are adept at coping with change. Our organisation is growing every year in number and range of services, so we are often looking for new, quality employees who are passionate about making a difference. Whilst Samaritans is the community services arm of the Anglican Church, employment selection criteria is based on skills and abilities rather than your religious background. However, we do expect our employees to fully support the Mission, Vision and Values of the organisation.
