Services
Samaritans Foundation is Australia’s largest regional welfare organisation. With over 530 employees and 800 volunteers, everday Samaritans care for local people in need, touching many thousands of lives each year.
Samaritans provides a range of services for children, youth, those with living with a disability, and the community.
Supported by the strength of the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Samaritans is focused on building connections in the community – between clients and services, clients and families, clients and the community, between services and through establishing effective partnerships.
Samaritans is based in the Hunter, Manning and Central Coast Regions and delivers more than 122 welfare and community service programmes in over 100 locations, to more than 60,000 people each year.
