Samaritans' Reconciliation Commitment
Reconciliation Committee
The Committee was formed as a part of Samaritans contributing to the development of a future based on mutual respect, mutual resolve and mutual responsibility.The Committee is currently working towards developing a Samaritans Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander resource for staff/services, pulling together resources on Aboriginal nations that are local to each service and generally encouraging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander recognition in Samaritans.

Reconciliation Action Plan
Samaritans launched their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) on May 28, 2012.
