Our organisation is growing every year in the number and range of services, so we are often looking for new quality employees who are passionate about making a difference. The opportunities are varied, ranging through child care, youth services, community development, employment programmes and caring for the disabled.

Our strategic aim is for a high quality, motivated and committed workforce, focused on providing excellent services to clients and adept at coping with change - after all improving our community is what social welfare is all about.

Training, either on the job, or through formal qualifications is becoming an increasingly important part of our business and we expect all employees to be qualified or committed to gaining a formal qualification.
